These have a gorgeous aroma straight out of the box - like candy sugar and Parma Violets. On burning, there is the aroma of the combustible material with some violet notes. The aroma is light and pleasant, but there's little going on to catch the attention, or to make much impact on a room. Several sticks would need to be burned together to make an impression - but as there is a pleasant, natural feel about this, that might be worth it.
