Satya (BNG) Positive Vibes

This is quite light and pleasant, with a candy sweet floral aroma. Proper masala, as Satya always is, and the traditional type, rather than the new eco-friendly style that doesn't burn or smell good. It's slow burning, and refreshes the room gently. All in all, a decent masala incense, doing pretty much what you expect a Satya masala incense to do, but not quite lifting the senses or delighting in the way that top scents can.

Satya do rather a lot of different scents, and after a while, though not quite smelling the same, there is this sort of fairly run of the mill scent that groups them together- nothing bad, but nothing great either. Gentle, familiar, easy to like scents that don't actually say or do much. Perfectly OK for everyday burning, but not for special occasions.  This is one that is nicer than average, and there are some that are less attractive, so there is variation of personal enjoyment, but on the whole I don't get carried away by Satya these days. I think that's probably more me than Satya - they still do a great job: quality, pleasant smelling proper masala at everyday prices, but I think I've reached the stage where I've burned so many different incenses, that an average incense from Satya has nothing new to excite or delight me.
