Delightful coconut and musk scent both on the cone and on the burn. Some awareness of herb in the background, but this is more like one of those dangling coconut themed car-fresheners than a sage smudge. It's a little soapy on the burn, and a tad smoky as well. That said, it's a pretty decent everyday room freshener, and will do us well in the bathroom where we mostly burn cones. I'd be OK with buying this again to use as a room freshener if there's a bargain deal.
While this is not an incense I see myself using beyond a casual room freshener, it is OK, and this experience is much better than the one I had two years. So I'll be knocking the score up.

I've been impressed with Vijayshree's Golden Nag series, which is mostly what gets exported to the West. I prefer sticks to cones (always have), but we find cones to be practical and convenient in the bathroom, so I always like to have a stock of cones ready to use. I bought a bunch of Vijayshree Golden Nag cones from the excellent Ephra Store in a bundle deal of eight packs for €10.95, and intend to review them all over the next few days.
All the cones in the bundle are square shaped pyramids, and each pack comes with a round clay stand. There is a perfumed scent on the cone - waxy, fruity, strawberry ice-cream, slightly chemical, furniture polish, room freshener. Some thing old and vegetal.
The burn is solid, and though initially slow, it does gradually build, producing a decent amount of dusty grey smoke. The scent is a little muddled and all over the place, veering from artificial smoked bacon to gloss paint via sage. I'm parking this review here temporary, and will revisit these cones in a few days to see if it's me or if the cones really are behaving like this.
