Machine extruded and perfumed. There's some oily kind of turpentine perfume on the stick, and just below that there is wood, slightly resinous with touches of pine and pitch, and some fairly sharp balsamic vinegar. It's more interesting than pleasant. I'm not sure how much I like it, or even if I do like it, but I'm not antagonistic toward it.
There is a mix of gloss paint drying on a wooden door, and smouldering wood powder on the burn. And dry grass burning in summer. It's a warm scent, wood based, though with something old and paint like that adds interest but is not necessarily attractive. I've pondered this for a while, and on the whole I've decided I don't like it more than I like it or find it interesting. But it's not actually ugly.
