A curious dusky faint pink colour. Scent is mildly of brown sugar, chip shop curry sauce, coriander, and now and then a little pinch of car freshener "apple pie". There is a a sort of soft melting plastic and fudge and synthetic apple aroma here, along with a faint nudge of smouldering paper. It's not bad, but it does smell cheap and inferior. The blessing with these Knox cones is that they burn up in a quick whiff, and they're gone, so I can get trough them very quickly. I thought this might be a bit of fun going through a Knox set of eight different scents for under £20 that I got on Amazon when looking to replenish out stock of toilet-freshener cones, but they are even worse than I remembered, and I might as well have bought one of those jumbo packs of 200 cones for under £12 that pop up on eBay.
