Sandesh Agarbathi Company (SAC) are a pretty average everyday perfumed-incense company who export to the West. This SAC Musk is standard everyday synthetic musk perfumed-incense. The sticks are simple charcoal paste quickly, cheaply, and crudely hand-rolled onto crudely hand-cut bamboo splits, which have then been dipped in a synthetic musk scent. The sticks are sold in a traditional hex pack. These hex packs tend to signify everyday perfumed-incense. I can't recall getting a premium, luxury, or masala incense in a hex pack.
Everyday single scent synthetically-perfumed incense sticks in hex packs are rarely noteworthy, and this is no exception. It's at the lower end of acceptable. There is a musky fragrance touched with cool charcoal dust. Because we have cats, and a particularly senior cat who no longer goes outside so we have a litter tray for him, we burn a lot of everyday incense - in the outhouse where we feed the cats, or in the house near the senior cat's litter tray. These sticks are ones we will use in the outhouse. They are not quite good enough to cover up bad smells in the home.
